These Service Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Systems Flow Studio, including:

Advisory Nature of Recommendations

Recommendations provided by Systems Flow Studio are advisory in nature.

Clients remain responsible for reviewing recommendations and making their own implementation decisions based on their circumstances, priorities and requirements.

Systems Flow Studio will provide practical guidance and support, but final decisions and actions remain the responsibility of the client.

Products, Licences & Third-Party Purchases

Storage products, software licences, subscriptions, tools, equipment and other third-party purchases are not included in service fees unless agreed separately in writing.

Where third-party products or services are recommended, clients remain responsible for purchasing, managing and reviewing those products or services directly.

Travel & Additional Charges

Travel within agreed service areas may be included where confirmed as part of a proposal, quotation or booking.

Travel outside agreed service areas may incur additional charges.

Any additional charges will be discussed and agreed before work proceeds where possible.

Reports, Templates & Intellectual Property

Reports, templates, frameworks, methodologies, documentation structures, improvement approaches and other materials created by Systems Flow Studio remain the intellectual property of Systems Flow Studio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Clients may use materials provided to them for their own personal or internal business purposes.

Materials must not be copied, resold, redistributed or used for commercial purposes outside the agreed client engagement without prior written permission.
